Marketing Assistant Manager

As a Marketing Assistant Manager at Buccellati in New York, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to drive store traffic, build brand awareness, and increase sales. You will work closely with the Marketing Director to implement marketing initiatives and manage complex timelines with precision.

• Provide recommendations for media plans to maximize brand awareness and exposure.
• Manage retail and wholesale marketing materials and search for new media partners.
• Support product launches and brand initiatives with local PR agencies.
• Manage logistics and security for product loans and support influencer engagements.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on events to ensure positive ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop retail opportunities and propose event concepts.
• Build influencer marketing strategies and propose local influencer campaigns.
• Manage internal and external communications, including editorial coverage and product news.
• Oversee finance and administration tasks, including vendor onboarding and invoice follow-up.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing or communications.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital landscape.
• Past event planning experience and interest in the luxury industry.
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Travel required based on business needs.
