SummaryThe Marketing Manager, Skincare & Spa will lead the development, execution, and support of brand 360° plans across key products and campaigns, ensuring best-in-class execution and strong cross-functional alignment. This role involves driving forward industry-leading marketing strategies to support and elevate Guerlain’s Skincare and Spa business, meeting growth objectives, and contributing to overall company goals across new skincare product launches as well as core business.
Responsibilities- Support the Marketing Team in creating innovative 360° marketing campaigns for implementation across Guerlain’s distribution.
- Lead the development of annual product/campaign calendars inclusive of retailer specificities.
- Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams including HQ Marketing, Creative, Communications, VM, Sales Operations, Education, Purchasing, and Planning Departments.
- Lead the development of marketing presentations with a strong understanding of the product strategy.
- Stay abreast of competition, new launches, and market performance through ongoing research.
- Lead and implement U.S. Marketing strategies for the Skincare category focusing on topline growth and market share.
- Plan and execute launch 360 Skincare programs and support E-Business category acceleration.
- Monitor retail sales and product performance to anticipate and react to changing environments.
- Develop strong working relationships with Sales Administration and Paris HQ team.
- Work closely with HQ team, boutique spa management, and hotel to implement Spa network in the US.
- Develop yearly 360 Spa marketing programs to boost spa visibility and sales.
- Drive retailer relationships and planning across major retailers.
- Collaborate with E-Business team to ensure execution of a robust omnichannel strategy.
- Oversee clienteling brand efforts and brand sampling & GWP efforts.
Requirements- 6+ years of experience in Marketing, preferably within the prestige beauty and/or skincare industry.
- Strong analytical skills and effective project management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent copywriting skills and strong computer skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to deal with confidential information using discretion and judgment.
