Material Handler

As a Material Handler in Lewisville, TX, you will play a crucial role in managing eyewear returns and ensuring accurate and timely credit issuance to customers. You will be part of a dynamic team that supports Luxottica's After Sales operations, maintaining professional communication with business partners and internal teams.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Luxottica’s After Sales Eyewear Returns.
• Ensure accuracy and timely processing of credits.
• Communicate professionally with business stakeholders on status, obstacles, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with After Sales leadership on issues, status, and resolution.
• Support business needs by troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicators.
• Manage trouble log and resolution SOPs.

• Excellent communication skills and organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with excellent mathematical aptitude.
• Ability to multi-task and flex between roles.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as requested.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Customer Service Experience and knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
