Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers providing exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Deliver memorable in store experiences and elevate customer interactions
- Maintain customer correspondence and leverage virtual selling and technology for outreach
- Drive sales through key product pillars and promote full price volume
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across collections
- Support product launches, special events, inventory and store projects as needed
- Perform opening and closing store duties and adhere to company policies
- Maintain professional appearance and follow brand presentation standards
- Communicate effectively with store management, peers and corporate partners
Requirements
- Relevant retail or sales work experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to multitask
- Proactive self-starter with passion for learning and for the brand
- Proficient in English; other languages a plus
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook preferred
- Ability to operate register and stand move and walk for multiple hours
- Ability to maneuver on sales floor lift up to 30 lbs and climb ladder as trained
