Summary
The Merchandise Category Lead will drive strategic initiatives to expand Ralph's Coffee merchandise globally, align Home and non-Home product categories, and partner cross-functionally to develop and launch products that enhance the brand and hospitality experience. This role requires close collaboration with regional teams, planning, creative, and store operations to scale merchandise programs internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for Ralph's Coffee merchandise and identify new product categories and partnerships.
- Use data and consumer insights to inform product decisions and maximize portfolio opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end product development from concept to launch for seasonal and PR-driven initiatives.
- Support inventory planning, SKU optimization, and reordering strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and store design to ensure brand-aligned merchandise.
- Drive global alignment between Home and non-Home categories for consistent product synergy.
- Partner with regional leads and store operations to ensure local relevance and scalability.
- Liaise with finance, planning, and procurement to ensure financially sound strategies.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in business development, merchandising, or strategic planning within retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive global alignment.
- Strong analytical skills with product performance analysis and forecasting experience.
