Merchandising Operations Associate

Summary

Supports store operations by handling merchandise, inventory, fulfillment, and stockroom organization. Helps maintain merchandise standards and enhance the customer experience in a Neiman Marcus store.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, transfer, and organize merchandise and freight.
• Pack and ship online and store customer orders.
• Complete merchandise placement, price changes, reticketing, and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain back stock and stockroom organization, and assist with sale events, signage, and in-store activations.
• Follow safety procedures in the dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to manage competing tasks and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds where required.
