Lead launch and distribution strategies for ready-to-wear and shoes across the Americas, partnering with Merchandising, Logistics, and Retail to ensure timely, accurate delivery of new product and optimize sales and brand presentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage distribution strategies for new product launches across RTW and Shoes.
- Execute allocation strategies within systems for seasonal collections and high-demand items.
- Oversee launch calendar timelines to ensure smooth delivery to stores and clients.
- Monitor sales, stock coverage, and replenishment needs post-launch to optimize sell-through.
- Generate reports and analyses on launch performance and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, and Retail teams for cohesive launches.
- Support store openings, events, and client activations with tailored distribution plans.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline distribution workflows.
- Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives across RTW and Shoes categories.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in distribution, allocation, or supply chain.
- Proven track record managing complex product flows in luxury or fashion.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; Python experience a plus.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration abilities.
- Ability to translate business results into actionable distribution strategies.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and respond to last minute adjustments.
- Willingness to be on site four days per week in Midtown Manhattan.
