Summary
The Omni Stockist supports the store management team and wider network by fulfilling product requests and facilitating omni-channel order processes to ensure seamless customer experiences. This role participates in consignment and virtual selling, supports shipping and returns workflows, and drives Retail Network sales while being eligible for commission.
Responsibilities
- Review and prioritize pending orders to fulfill within 24 hours
- Prepare merchandise for shipping including packaging and delivering to shipping department
- Perform daily omni-channel tasks such as Curbside Pickup Ship-from-Store and BOPIS
- Support order fulfillment options including ship to home pick up in store and white glove services
- Assist in completion of incoming SFS orders including picking packing and shipping
- Support selling team with consignments and virtual appointments
- Use in-store clienteling platforms and act as a technical resource for teams
- Participate in loss prevention procedures related to omni-channel processes
- Assist in BOPIS aged order review and return product to sales floor when necessary
Requirements
- 2 years professional experience in retail or customer experience luxury experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus
- Stock control and selling experience with POS and inventory management systems
- Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs and work in a team environment
- Computer skills and ability to use digital clienteling platforms
- Foreign language skill is a plus
