Summary
Provide exemplary customer service by supporting all store operations functions including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative duties while maintaining supplies and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office facilities supplies and grooming products for associates
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure invoices are approved correctly and promptly
- Support shrink reduction efforts and report violations according to company policy
- Coordinate accessories repair services with external vendors
- Coordinate engraving and embossing services
- Support inventory preparation and execution including processing incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Read and execute transfer, shipping, alteration, inventory count and vendor documents
- Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
- Control and replenish supplies as requested by management
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail operations or related support experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs
- Ability to pack unpack and move stock when supporting receiving and stocking
- Collaborative team player with passion for the brand
