Outlet Stock Associate - Outlet

Summary

Perform hands-on receiving, stocking, and merchandising to ensure inventory is accurately processed and presented in the outlet. Support efficient movement of merchandise from delivery to sales floor while maintaining a safe, organized, and brand-reflective environment. Work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail setting to uphold quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards.
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles.
• Move product seamlessly between stockroom and sales floor to support presentation.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills in daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience upholding safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. using appropriate equipment.
• Capable of prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing.
