Summary
Seasonal operations role providing support across store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative tasks. Position focuses on maintaining supplies, processing merchandise, coordinating vendor services, and supporting inventory and shrink reduction efforts. This temporary role lasts up to three months and requires strong organizational and technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office and facilities supplies and associate grooming products
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise per company standards
- Support shipping receiving functions and execute transfer and shipping documents
- Execute Cash Office processes and ensure POS audit compliance
- Coordinate accessory repair engraving and embossing vendor services
- Support inventory preparation and execution and assist with stock room tasks
- Partner on shrink reduction plan and report violations appropriately
- Work with accounts payable to ensure timely invoice approvals
- Assess store processes and recommend efficiency improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years retail operations experience in support customer service or sales
- Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills and collaborative teamwork
- Ability to stand walk lift approximately 20 lbs and handle stock packing unpacking
- Detail oriented with ability to read and execute shipping invoices and inventory documents
- Demonstrated passion for the brand and desire for career growth
