Job Description

Summary

Seasonal role providing operational support across store functions including shipping and receiving, stock room, cash office and administrative tasks. Position is for a maximum of three months and focuses on maintaining store efficiency and supporting inventory and vendor processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards
  • Support shipping, receiving and inventory preparation and execution
  • Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors
  • Execute Cash Office processes and maintain POS audit compliance
  • Manage and replenish office and facilities supplies
  • Partner on shrink reduction efforts and report violations
  • Read and execute transfer, shipping, inventory and vendor documents
  • Assess and suggest improvements to store processes and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years retail operations or related experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Strong time management multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to stand walk lift approximately 20 lbs and move stock
  • Collaborative team player with attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new systems and follow company procedures
