Operations Associate I

As an Operations Associate I at Richemont in Grand Prairie, TX, you will play a crucial role in preparing, processing, and moving merchandise efficiently and accurately. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet location standards and ensure safety awareness.

• Pick, pack, and merge orders.
• Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as needed.
• Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label merchandise.
• Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations.
• Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Operate equipment safely and maintain department supplies.
• Perform standing or walking work throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
• Climb stairs, bend, twist, step, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items with assistance.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing.
• Entry-level experience in warehouse or production work environment.
• Basic computer skills and use of Hand Held Radio Frequency (RF) devices.
• Basic math skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, division.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Flexibility in work schedule and attendance for scheduled shifts.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
