The Operations Associate will secure back-of-house efficiency and support the store team to deliver high standards of client service. This role focuses on inventory management, repairs and after-sales processes, and maintaining store systems and facilities. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes including receiving, tracking, and stock organization.
• Support client services and after-sales processes, including repairs and client follow-up.
• Maintain store facility systems and support day-to-day operational functions.
• Assist with financial tasks and adherence to cash and transaction policies.
• Ensure compliance with brand policies and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with team members to resolve operational issues and improve back-of-house efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience working in a retail environment with an operations focus.
• Extremely organized, detail oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail setting; luxury retail experience preferred.
• Strong client service mindset and ability to support after-sales and repairs processes.
