Retail Sales/Stock Support

Summary

The Sales/Stock Support Associate is responsible for receiving, unpacking and preparing merchandise for the selling floor and maintaining an organized, clean stockroom. This role manages stockroom operations and inventory control, executing directives from the store manager and corporate office. The associate also supports boutique retail operations and assists the sales team as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, inspect and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Organize, maintain and keep the stockroom clean and orderly.
• Process and supervise inventory tasks including tagging, labeling and restocking.
• Follow directives from the store manager and corporate office to ensure efficient inventory flow.
• Support sales staff and provide client-oriented assistance when required.

Requirements

• Prior retail or boutique experience working with high-end goods and clientele-oriented sales.
• Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor and ability to represent the brand.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing stockroom operations.
• Reliable availability for part-time retail scheduling and the ability to follow operational procedures.
