Summary

The Outlet Stock Associate is a hands-on role responsible for accurately receiving, processing, and moving inventory between delivery, the stockroom, and the sales floor to support an elevated customer experience. This role maintains stockroom organization, ensures merchandise quality and safety, and assists with customer pickups and loading. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently to minimize delays
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage areas and the sales floor
• Maintain stockroom organization and ensure inventory meets quality standards
• Accurately tag and label merchandise to support inventory tracking
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with safe, efficient loading into vehicles
• Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills in daily operations

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail experience; stock receiving preferred
• Proven experience following safety guidelines and procedures
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs. using proper equipment
• Capacity for prolonged standing and physical activities such as bending, stooping, kneeling, and climbing
