Operations Brand Ambassador

Summary

The Operations Brand Ambassador is an in-store operations role responsible for supporting daily retail activities such as receiving and processing merchandise, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the sales floor. This entry-level position may be full-time or part-time and focuses on back-of-house organization, stock replenishment, and store presentation while providing occasional customer-facing support. The role supports operational excellence and collaborates with the store team to ensure a polished shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming freight, inspect deliveries, apply tags/retickets and meet units-per-hour targets
• Perform daily RFID inventory scans, ISOS replenishment, and maintain stockroom and sales floor inventory levels
• Manage ship-to-home orders, store-to-store transfers, and assist with stock checks and merchandise delivery to the sales floor
• Support visual merchandising and store presentation standards, including fitting room and sales floor upkeep
• Assist with customer service and sales transactions when on the floor and collaborate with store team members

Requirements

• Back-of-house or high-volume retail operations experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to lift/maneuver up to 30 lbs, climb, and move around the sales floor and stock areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
