Summary

The Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing the stockroom, and ensuring merchandise is properly replenished on the sales floor. This role supports smooth store operations through receiving shipments, executing inventory counts, and collaborating with sales staff and managers.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, verifying accuracy against invoices.
• Organize and label inventory in the stockroom to maintain orderly storage.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor to maintain stock levels and visual standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention procedures.
• Manage damaged or defective merchandise according to company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in retail operations, stockroom, or related role (preferred).
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and varied shift times.
