Operations Associate

Summary

The Operations Associate maintains boutique operations and supports profitability by receiving, handling, and managing merchandise inventory. The role ensures accurate stock records, an organized stockroom, and efficient support for the boutique team and clients.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and organize weekly and monthly cycle counts.
• Receive and inspect deliveries, organize stock, and manage transfers and end-of-season returns.
• Support sales floor and client needs, team briefings, and stock requests.
• Share inventory results and operational issues with finance and other stores.
• Provide administrative support, order store supplies, and help maintain boutique procedures and compliance.

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience; jewelry or luxury product sales experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and inventory management skills.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, computer, and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work weekends and holidays, and lift boxes up to 20 pounds.
