Summary

The Operations Associate supports back-of-house efficiency in a luxury retail store, handling inventory, client services, facility systems, policies, and client care including alterations when applicable. The role requires organization, problem-solving, attention to detail, and prior retail operations experience. This position is focused on supporting the team to deliver excellent client service and maintain brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes and stock control
• Support client services and after sales care
• Oversee store facility systems and maintenance coordination
• Implement and follow store policies and procedures
• Coordinate repairs and alterations when applicable
• Ensure back of house operational efficiency
• Assist team to provide timely service to clients
