Summary
Provide exemplary customer service while supporting store operations including shipping and receiving, stock room management, cash office duties and operational administrative tasks to ensure efficient store functioning.
Responsibilities
- Maintain office and facility supplies and associate grooming products.
- Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards.
- Coordinate accessories repair, engraving and embossing services with external vendors.
- Support inventory preparation and execution, including counting and documentation.
- Execute Cash Office processes and ensure compliance with POS audit requirements.
- Work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice approvals.
- Partner on shrink reduction efforts and report violations per company regulations.
- Assess and suggest improvements to store processes and procedures for efficiency.
- Handle transfer, shipping and vendor documents accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of retail operations or related experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint; ability to learn new systems.
- Strong time management multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand walk and lift approximately 20 lbs and perform stocking and receiving tasks.
