Operations Associate - Prince Street

Summary

Support store operations and help deliver an exemplary customer experience. Maintain efficient processes across inventory, shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative functions.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution, and recommend ways to improve store processes.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise, transfers, shipping documents, invoices, and related paperwork according to company standards.
• Maintain office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies, and coordinate engraving and embossing services.
• Partner with Accounts Payable and support loss prevention and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative approach, ability to prioritize tasks, and enthusiasm for the product.
• Relevant experience and computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Workday, and Outlook, preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, climb a ladder as trained, and stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
