Operations Associate

Summary

The Operations Associate supports the daily operations of a retail store, including inventory processing, stockroom organization, and sales-floor support. This primarily non-selling role may also assist customers and support sales activities as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries, merchandise, RFID scans, transfers, and replenishment activities.
• Maintain organized stockroom and sales-floor inventory, and support stock checks and merchandise delivery.
• Assist customers, process transactions, and help maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support front- and back-of-house operations.

Requirements

• Back-of-house or similar experience in a high-volume specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to lift or maneuver up to 30 pounds and work around the sales floor, stockroom, fitting rooms, and office.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts as business needs require.
