Operations Associate - Toronto Premium Outlets

As an Operations Associate at Toronto Premium Outlets, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's back of house operations. Your passion for the brand and professionalism will ensure the efficient handling of inventory and support for the sales team.

• Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving and handling stock orders, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
• Support the sales team by retrieving stock promptly, including Omnichannel and stock pullback.
• Maintain a tidy back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
• Conduct quality control on all products and report issues to the store lead.
• Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization, to enhance the client experience.
• Ensure all stockroom equipment is operational and report concerns immediately.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering calls, liaising with customer service, and managing orders.
• Assist with events, visual merchandising, stock taking, and other duties as requested by store management.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software.
• Previous experience with SAP is desirable.
• Ability to work well in a team and in a busy environment.
