Summary
Provide operational support to the boutique by overseeing stockroom functions and maintaining accurate inventory while supporting day to day store operations, facilities, service, and compliance. Act as a brand ambassador delivering a luxury client experience and assist management with troubleshooting operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Execute shipping and receiving processes and report issues to management
- Ensure timely movement of merchandise including transfers and returns
- Assist management in identifying and resolving operational process problems
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documentation and procedures
- Submit 8300 and tax exempt forms as received
- Process repairs and damages according to company guidelines
- Assist with physical maintenance of the boutique and order supplies
- Oversee cycle counts scheduled inventories and reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with company standards procedures and security guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or stock experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Familiarity with internal retail systems shipping software and Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to meet physical requirements including climbing ladders bending and lifting boxes
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Authorized to work in the United States
