Summary
Manage resources and operational performance to support and maximize sales and profitability for assigned stores. Enhance customer experience through effective store operations, inventory accuracy, and team leadership while reporting to a Senior Operations Manager and working on-site with a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of retail performance and store operations strategy
- Oversee daily store operations including inbound receiving and outbound merchandise movement
- Support online order fulfillment and merchandise price changes
- Manage payroll and non-payroll expenses to improve profitability
- Implement capital fund projects and maintain mechanical and technological responsibilities
- Oversee labor scheduling, staffing, and prioritize team workload
- Directly manage Sales Support Managers, Alterations Manager, and Loss Prevention Leaders
- Ensure store inventory accuracy and lead physical inventory process
- Perform Sales Support Manager tasks when needed
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, luxury retail fashion experience recommended
- Four-year degree recommended
- Proven track record of achieving business results
- Experience leading, motivating, and coaching teams
- In-depth knowledge of profit and loss management
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds as required
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
