Summary
The Operations Manager will report to the Store Director and lead store operational execution in Soho, ensuring adherence to company standard operating procedures, efficient processes, loss prevention, inventory accuracy, and vendor management to support day-to-day performance.
Responsibilities
- Ensure store compliance with standard operating procedures and partner with corporate teams on operations.
- Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and annual physical inventory.
- Oversee merchandise and supply deliveries and verify shipment documentation.
- Coordinate store maintenance and repairs with vendors and escalate as needed.
- Manage operations and stock team activities, succession planning, and team development.
- Support rollout and training for retail technology and applications.
- Conduct loss prevention audits of equipment and procedures and drive corrective actions.
- Maintain store packaging and supply levels and oversee merchandise repair processes.
- Perform daily walkthroughs to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail operational experience.
- Proven leadership and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi task.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office including Excel.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Availability for closing shifts, weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season.
- Professional polished appearance and strong communication skills.
