Stock Manager - Broadway

As a Stock Manager at Prada Broadway, you will oversee stock management, ensuring adherence to corporate guidelines and procedures. You will lead the stock team to facilitate the selling process through impeccable stock maintenance and minimize stock losses.

• Ensure the safety of products and valuable materials in the warehouse during handling.
• Manage daily goods receipt and arrange merchandise following corporate procedures.
• Organize and perform product counting and stock takes.
• Track product flow through the SAP system.
• Manage stockroom activities related to markdowns.
• Handle returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce deliveries.
• Ensure security and cleanliness of the stock facility.
• Optimize and organize stockroom space.
• Train, manage, and evaluate the stock team.
• Coordinate staff activities and distribute tasks and responsibilities.
• Conduct performance assessment interviews with staff.

• 3+ years of experience in stock management or a related field.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, mature, and assertive.
• Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
• Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
