- Train, manage, and evaluate the stock team.
- Coordinate staff activities and distribute tasks and responsibilities.
- Conduct performance assessment interviews with staff.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in stock management or a related field.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, mature, and assertive.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Interest in luxury/fashion, art, and design.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are a plus.
