Summary
Drive operational excellence and efficiency across retail locations in the eastern region of the Americas. Lead compliance with operational policies and procedures, support store operations talent development, and partner with retail leadership and cross functional teams to ensure daily systems and business functions run according to global standards.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate systems and recommend initiatives to improve operational excellence and client experience.
- Foster relationships and communication with retail leadership, store teams, and stakeholders.
- Train and educate retail teams on company policies and procedures.
- Liaise with cross functional partners on regional retail projects and manage policy rollouts.
- Provide prompt resolutions to store inquiries and support day to day operational issues.
- Travel to stores to perform operational checks and guide improvements.
- Manage inventory control activities including cycle counts, adjustments, and annual physical inventory.
- Oversee operational aspects of store projects including openings, closings, relocations, and events.
- Monitor supply orders and approve stock movements in collaboration with Inventory Control and Security.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail operational experience.
- Multi store management experience in a fast paced, ideally luxury or fashion environment.
- Experience working with cross functional partners at a multinational corporation.
- Proven ability to multi task with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in POS and inventory management systems; knowledge of SAP and Oracle Retail Xstore is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams.
- Ability to take initiative and work without daily supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently on short notice (50%+).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
