Operations Coordinator - The Landmark

As an Operations Coordinator at The Landmark in New York, you will lead back of house operations in a Tiffany store, providing excellent client service and supporting store leadership to drive sales goals. You will act as a key holder and manager on duty when necessary, coordinating order fulfillment, managing inventory, and ensuring operational excellence.

• Provide exceptional operational support to drive sales and service.
• Complete daily tasks such as order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and cleaning jewelry.
• Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Partner and communicate effectively with Sales Professionals, Management, and clients.
• Support Company operations efficiency objectives and provide feedback on process changes.
• Mentor team members to improve performance when acting as manager on duty.
• Deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and spend.
• Support the store in achieving or exceeding sales plans.
• Collect customer data to cultivate new and existing customers.
• Elevate in-store experience by delivering memorable moments.
• Resolve client and employee concerns with detailed knowledge of policy and procedure.

• 2-3 years of prior retail experience in retail operations.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Desired: A college/university degree and Graduate Gemologist degree or GIA coursework.
