Operations Manager - American Dream

As an Operations Manager at the Hermès American Dream Boutique, you will oversee all operational functions, ensuring efficiency and compliance in a luxury retail environment. You will collaborate with the sales and support teams to enhance the client experience and maintain operational excellence.

• Oversee inventory control, housekeeping, maintenance, and selling service associates.
• Manage shipping and receiving departments, ensuring timely merchandise movement and adherence to guidelines.
• Coordinate with corporate departments and outside vendors for maintenance and IT needs.
• Implement efficient processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage budget expectations and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Train staff on operational policies and emergency preparedness.
• Recruit and maintain a talent bank for operational positions.

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Proficient in shipping and receiving operations.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills and strong POS and phone systems knowledge.
• Experience in building maintenance and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Acute interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
