Summary
Accelerated rotational development program preparing early career leaders for Supply Chain Operations management in fulfillment and distribution centers. Participants gain hands-on experience across departments to build leadership, analytical, and communication skills and will begin as part of a cohort in June 2026.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through departments, shifts, and buildings to learn end to end operations.
- Support Supply Chain Operations Managers in daily departmental processes to meet goals.
- Participate in trainings, meetings, and workshops that develop leadership and management skills.
- Coach and mentor warehouse associates to drive performance and development.
- Assist with employee selection, onboarding, and training to build strong teams.
- Prioritize safety efforts and maintain a safe work environment.
- Use data and analysis to improve departmental performance and report on KPIs.
- Partner with HR, Safety, Production Control, Inventory, and Transportation to solve operational issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field or equivalent warehouse experience.
- Graduation between January 2025 and June 2026 or recent graduate within the last 18 months.
- Approximately 0-1 year of people leadership experience or early career leadership exposure.
- Comfortable working full time on site in a hands on fulfillment environment and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work variable shifts including mornings nights and weekends.
- Open to relocation during or after the program for career opportunities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and drive KPI metrics and facility performance.
