Responsibilities

• Lead boutique operations and team workflows, providing feedback and training.
• Manage inventory receiving, storage, counts, and controls to maintain accuracy and reduce loss.
• Develop efficient procedures, monitor performance indicators, manage expenses, and ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate with corporate teams and boutique colleagues on operational matters.
• Support customer service, resolve complaints, and oversee repair inventory and client pickup processes.

Requirements

• Three to five years of retail operations experience, including at least two years in management or supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• Leadership skills and strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software; basic SAP knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, reaching, bending, and occasional ladder use.
