- Ensure legal compliance in all areas of the Analog Shift brand.
Requirements- Prior luxury retail management experience.
- Proven track record of managing and motivating teams.
- Successful distribution, allocation, and reporting practices.
- Sales, merchandising, and logistics training experience.
- Knowledge of retail law, health and safety, and security requirements.
- Ability to develop and manage business strategies with quantifiable results.
- Manage operating costs and identify efficiency improvements.
- Analyze and report on sales performance across a multi-door selling environment.
- High functioning leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Shopify, Microsoft Office, and SAP.
- Create invoices and product catalogues for brick and mortar and ecommerce.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume business.
- Support sales, management, and operations teams with timely solutions.
- Function as a liaison for internal and external vendors and clients.
