Manager Facilities - East

The Manager, Facilities - East plays a pivotal role in supporting retail and corporate teams to enhance client experience, maintain consistent standards, and ensure operational excellence. This position involves supervising and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and project management for Christian Dior Couture Boutiques in the Americas, ensuring compliance with company and legal guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Director of Facilities to develop operational strategies and roadmaps.
• Participate in quarterly reviews and planning sessions for Facilities and project management.
• Assess and improve vendor relationships and contracts.
• Lead the Facilities team to meet the needs of boutiques and remote offices.
• Manage planned and unplanned repairs and maintenance needs.
• Oversee cleaning program scope and contracts.
• Coordinate boutique projects, including improvements and upgrades.
• Monitor energy management systems and utilities.
• Ensure a safe working environment in compliance with relevant legislation.
• Set and improve SLA goals to ensure prompt resolution of work orders.
• Drive adoption of management tools in boutiques and with vendors.
• Assist in budget and expense planning for Opex R&M and Capex projects.

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
