- Act as a strategic partner to Creative, ensuring concepts meet the brief.
- Control the flow of information by collecting, organizing, and sharing details appropriately.
- Communicate project status in weekly wrap-up reports and other touchpoints.
- Create, lead, and manage all aspects of a project, including planning, communication, scheduling, budget management, and risk tracking.
- Work with Marketing to understand budget requirements and manage the build with Production.
- Create and enforce timelines for world-class execution of requests.
- Manage changes to project scope to ensure proper risk mitigation.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reporting for all assigned projects.
- Schedule and lead productive meetings that push projects towards completion.
Requirements- 5+ years of strategic account management experience at an Agency or in a high-paced environment.
- Experience with photo, video, and digital production.
- Strong communication skills with a successful track record of building relationships.
- Analytic, data-driven thinker with a focus on innovative solutions.
- Experience working in a complex corporate structure and influencing across departmental boundaries.
- Impeccable attention to detail and proactive in seeking feedback.
- Expert user of project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, and Jira.
