Team Manager Operations - Short Hills

As a Team Manager Operations at our Short Hills location, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and enhancing efficiencies within the store. You will be responsible for implementing brand guidelines and providing innovative solutions to improve customer service and retail operations. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead projects and ensure effective communication and organization within the team.

• Manage and develop a team of Operations Associates through regular coaching and meetings.
• Oversee inventory management, including weekly cycle counts and yearly inventory.
• Implement policies to minimize stock loss and optimize stockrooms.
• Serve as the leader in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring client experience is prioritized.
• Lead operational projects and support store and HQ during launches.
• Ensure Health and Safety compliance and manage store facilities.

• Minimum of 5 years' retail experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of USA Retail Laws.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
