Retail Operations Manager

As a Retail Operations Manager at Buccellati in New York, you will play a crucial role in supporting the operations and administrative tasks for the North American boutique network. You will act as a liaison between boutiques and the corporate office, ensuring the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures, while also supporting sales and client hosting as needed.

• Implement and maintain boutique operating policies and procedures, partnering with RNA Finance and Loss Prevention departments.
• Perform inventory control and quality control of merchandise, including proper vault storage and receipt of stock.
• Oversee and prepare reports, providing strategic analysis and action plans for the Boutique Network.
• Manage building maintenance, incoming and outgoing shipments, and the process of creating memos/consignment.
• Organize storage of jewelry and accessories, and manage merchandising and daily maintenance of displays.
• Oversee after sales and customer service support, ensuring client satisfaction and accurate data entry.
• Understand and comply with security and operational policies, participating in audits and inventory counts.
• Assist with staffing coverage and private appointments, ensuring a seamless selling ceremony.

• 5+ years of experience in jewelry or high-value luxury product sales and operations.
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• College degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP and excellent computer skills.
• Availability to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
