Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at Givenchy in New York, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining organizational standards in the boutique. You will support the company's business plan, shortage reduction programs, risk management, and controllable losses, all within a highly creative and fast-paced environment.

• Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with standards.
• Establish strong partnerships with Corporate Retail Operations, Store Director, and store personnel.
• Reinforce company policies and propose improvements to store operations procedures.
• Provide and assist in operations/systems training for store personnel.
• Contribute to the development of Operations/Loss Prevention programs.
• Support Risk Management programs to reduce incidents and financial losses.
• Train store personnel on company policy, procedures, and store processes.
• Analyze reports and develop strategies to improve operational efficiencies.
• Manage programs targeting reduction of theft and fraud activities.
• Maintain and adhere to payroll, expense, and capital budgets.

• 5-10 years of experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or cross-industry roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of profit improvement through shortage reduction.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess people and situations and provide direction.
