Summary
Responsible for overseeing back of house functions and operational execution at the New York Bloomingdales Women Shoes Concessions. Ensures compliance with company procedures, supports inventory integrity, and drives daily store efficiency while partnering with the Store Manager and cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee inventory management including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution
- Verify accuracy of merchandise and supply deliveries and documentation
- Manage and develop the operations and stock team to improve processes
- Support rollout of retail applications and system updates and train store teams
- Conduct audits of loss prevention equipment and procedures and address issues
- Maintain store supply levels and oversee packaging and merchandise repairs
- Monitor POS and payment related behaviors and escalate concerns to Store Director
- Lead daily walkthroughs to uphold brand guidelines front and back of house
- Coordinate with external vendors for store maintenance and escalate to corporate as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience preferably in luxury fashion
- Strong leadership organizational and problem solving skills
- Effective communicator with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Polished appearance professional demeanor and discretion with sensitive information
- Availability for closing shifts weekends holiday season and annual inventory
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods
