Summary

The Outlet Facilities Associate supports maintenance and housekeeping operations at an RH Outlet. The role helps maintain safe, functional, and well-kept facility areas while minimizing disruptions to outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping operations.
• Maintain the building, grounds, systems, storage structures, and operational assets.
• Manage preventive maintenance programs for equipment and assets, including doors, carts, dollies, tools, and ladders.
• Prioritize and schedule preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize operational disruptions.
• Uphold OSHA and HAZMAT standards and requirements to maintain a safe, compliant workplace.
