Outlet Receiving Associate - Park Lane

Summary

The Receiving Associate processes inbound and outbound merchandise and supplies while maintaining organized, safe, and efficient stockroom operations. The role also supports the selling team in providing a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, unpack, prepare, and dispatch merchandise and supplies according to company standards.
• Ensure merchandise is floor-ready, tagged, and ticketed; process price changes, damages, salvages, and job outs.
• Receive and record trailer deliveries, maximize stockroom space, and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow operational procedures for access control, merchandise protection, risk management, receiving, processing, and fine jewelry.
• Support selling team members as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse customers and peers.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Comfortable navigating computers and multiple technology devices.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical tasks, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
