Outlet Sales Leader

Summary

Lead a high-energy outlet sales team to drive revenue and margin performance while delivering an elevated customer experience aligned with the brand. Partner with cross-functional teams to execute sales, operations, and merchandising initiatives and maintain elevated presentation and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Set clear sales goals and monitor key performance indicators to exceed revenue and margin targets
• Train and coach team members in product knowledge and selling techniques
• Implement ticketing, price changes, and scheduled markdowns according to standards
• Build and maintain client outreach lists to drive repeat business
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store appearance to brand standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on sales, operations, and customer service initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety, inventory, and visual merchandising standards

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in retail preferably in home furnishings
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets through leadership and execution
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems iOS devices Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule across operational hours
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and physical tasks
