Summary
Lead and coordinate back of house and sales floor operations to ensure timely merchandise flow and exceptional customer experience. Oversee receiving unpacking pricing tagging and stockroom organization while supporting sales associates and executing visual merchandising and compliance initiatives. Provide leadership coaching and contribute to process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Receive unpack and inspect incoming shipments and verify pricing and tags
- Place merchandise on the sales floor or store in the stockroom according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stockroom and manage replenishment activities
- Support sales floor associates by conducting stock checks and delivering requested merchandise
- Lead operational training and provide coaching and feedback to brand ambassadors
- Manage reticketing RFID tagging and price updates and meet productivity targets
- Collaborate on visual merchandising seasonal changes and maintain signage standards
- Lead projects to improve processes and coordinate back of house and sales floor workflows
- Enforce company policies support risk management and ensure health and safety compliance
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations policies and best practices
- Proficiency with POS systems Microsoft Office and technology
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor stockroom and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days evenings and weekends
- Ability to build positive working relationships with customers management and co workers
