Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash transactions accurately.
• Keep merchandise floor-ready, tagged, and ticketed; fold, straighten, and size merchandise.
• Support stock processing, stockroom organization, floor recovery, and protection of company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural materials.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
