Outlet Stock Associate - Clearwater Outlet

Summary

Responsible for receiving, processing, and moving merchandise from delivery to sales floor while maintaining a safe, organized, and brand-reflective outlet environment. Works hands-on in the stockroom and on the sales floor to support inventory accuracy and customer pickups. Requires attention to detail, a safety-minded approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product shipments safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to storage and sales floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization and quality standards.
• Accurately tag and label merchandise for inventory tracking.
• Prepare purchased items for customer pickup and assist with loading into vehicles.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.
• Move product seamlessly to support an extraordinary customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience; stock receiving preferred.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven adherence to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize furniture and accessories in excess of 100 lbs using appropriate equipment.
• Capability to maneuver throughout sales floor, stockroom, and loading docks.
• Willingness to perform prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending, and climbing.
