Summary

Manage daily operations of the outlet store at Buckhead Station, driving sales, overseeing staff, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and visual presentation. Lead the team to meet performance goals while maintaining inventory control and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary onsite leader and representative for the store.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and scheduling of store team members.
• Drive sales performance and execute merchandising and visual standards.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle escalated customer issues.
