Responsibilities

• Assist customers on the sales floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop.
• Prepare, tag, ticket, process, and recover merchandise; organize stockroom inventory.
• Follow operational procedures and protect company assets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and procedural documents.
• Availability for flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
