Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and schedule sales associates to achieve sales and service objectives
• Drive sales performance and monitor key metrics to meet store targets
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and register reconciliation
• Support visual merchandising standards and assist with inventory receiving and loss prevention

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail supervisory or team lead experience
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
