Summary
The PR, Influencer and Community Marketing Manager will lead North America integrated strategy across earned media, influencer marketing, VIP engagement, and creator-driven community building. This role manages PR and influencer agency partnerships, develops storytelling pillars aligned with global narrative, and drives cultural relevance for brand moments, collaborations, and retail activations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead North America PR influencer and community marketing strategy
- Define storytelling pillars that reflect global messaging and local culture
- Manage integrated PR and influencer agency relationships and performance
- Oversee influencer creator and VIP partnerships including briefing seeding and campaign management
- Build and activate creator and community ecosystem around launches collaborations and events
- Lead event amplification strategies and on-site talent deliverables
- Secure media coverage in top-tier fashion lifestyle and cultural publications
- Manage press materials approvals and post-coverage recaps
- Own budget planning management and performance tracking including EMV and ROI
Requirements
- 6 years experience in luxury fashion lifestyle or beauty PR and influencer marketing roles
- Experience managing integrated communications influencer programs and events
- Strong editorial and talent relationships across North America
- Proven experience overseeing agency relationships cross-functional initiatives and large activations
- Creative and strategic thinker with culturally relevant idea generation
- Passionate about community building and driving earned buzz
- Organized results-oriented with experience managing budgets timelines and KPIs
